Annual Pass

• By purchasing a Big Mersey Adventure individual or family Annual Pass, you accept these terms and conditions of use.
• The Big Mersey Adventure Annual Pass entitles the authorised holder admission to the attractions for a period of twelve months from the date of issue, subject to the normal terms and conditions of entry. The Pass is valid for admission to Spaceport, U-boat Story, The Beatles Story and on Mersey Ferries' River Explorer Cruises. Direct sailings are excluded unless a return River Explorer Cruise boarding pass has been issued during the cruise times, which will then allow return on a direct service. Please see timetable for details, (hereinafter the "Benefits").
• Benefits apply only to the person who has purchased the Annual Pass. Each Annual Pass holder will be issued his or her Annual Pass. It is a requirement of each Pass holder to sign the signature strip on the card.
• A Family of 5 shall mean two individuals (16 years of age and over) and up to three individuals (5 - 15 years). Each family member will be issued his or her own Annual Pass.
• The Pass does not include any Mersey Ferries' Special Cruises or Manchester Ship Canal Cruises.
• Annual Passes are not transferable and must be presented on entry to any of the member attractions. Pass holders who cannot produce their Pass must pay the full entry fee which is non-refundable.
• Merseytravel reserves the right to decline an application, to alter any of the terms and conditions or terminate the scheme at any time. In the case of termination a pro rata refund will be made upon return of the Pass, such amount being based on the length of the valid term remaining.
• Merseytravel reserves the right to close or remove the entire, or any part of, any of the attractions. In the case of a removal of the entire group of attractions a pro rata refund will be made upon return of the Pass, such amount being based on the length of the valid term remaining.
• The Management of the relevant attraction reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason, including the attraction reaching full capacity.
• It is a condition of being a Pass holder that your details will be kept on fi le during the validity of your Pass and for six months after the expiry date. Any personal data transferred as part of the process relating to Merseytavel and our Annual Pass scheme operator, Livesmart, will be used solely in accordance with the current Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without the individual's prior consent.
• Child Pass Holders must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
