1. Views of Liverpool
- Drop visitors off at Liverpool’s Pier Head to join a Mersey Ferries River Explorer Cruise.
- Get off at Woodside ferry terminal, Birkenhead, which has fantastic views of the world-famous Liverpool skyline.
- Catch the ferry back to Pier Head to visit some of the many attractions in Liverpool’s Albert Dock, just a five-minute walk from the Pier Head ferry terminal.
- Assemble for departure at the Pier Head.
2. From Liverpool to the Wirral Peninsula
- Drop visitors off at Liverpool’s Pier Head to join Mersey Ferries River Explorer Cruise.

- Take a short return tram ride from Woodside on a genuine Hong Kong Tram or beautifully restored 1901 Birkenhead tram.
- Assemble for departure by coach at Woodside Ferry Terminal.
