We are continuing to follow and review our services in light of any government advice and information.
Due to recent government announcements we have seen an increase in the number of people travelling. That is why we are asking everyone to rethink how they travel, consider if they do really need to travel and, if so, when and by what means you will travel.

Services from 6 July
Weekday Commuter Service will operate between 07:20 – 09:50 and 16:00 - 18:50
Hourly weekday cross river services will operate between 10:00 - 15:00
All services will operate from Pier Head and Seacombe
Hourly weekend cross river service will operate between 10:00 - 17:00 from Pier Head and Seacombe. Services will depart on the hour from Pier Head and at half past the hour from Seacombe.

If you’re thinking of using the ferries then please be aware that social distancing measures will be in place, so you need to plan your journey in advance and leave more time for your journey.
We’re asking customers to pay by contactless/card payments and don’t forget you can use the ticket machines at the terminals - this is to protect both you and our staff.
It’s also important practice good hygiene – avoid touching surfaces, your face, and wash your hands properly both before and after your journey.

Woodside Ferry Terminal and U-boat Story are currently closed. Ferry services will not operate from Woodside Ferry Terminal until further notice.
Woodside Ferry Village will reopen on Saturday 4 July.
All Manchester Ship Canal Cruises from April until October 2020 have now been cancelled. We will be in contact with customers to arrange full refunds as soon as possible.
Customers with Manchester Ship Canal gift vouchers will be able to exchange the vouchers for a sailing in 2021. Due to the cancellation of bookings for the 2020 season, we are unable to exchange gift vouchers at this current time.
Vouchers do not need to be re-issued, please keep gift vouchers safe until the opportunity is available to exchange the vouchers for a future cruise.
All Evening Cruises and Liverpool Bay Cruises in April, May, June and July 2020 have been cancelled. If you have bought a ticket for any of these cruises, we will be in touch shortly to arrange a refund. If you have booked a cruise using a gift voucher, we will refund you with a gift voucher.
Bookings for all remaining 2020 cruises have been suspened until further notice.
