We will review the on sale date of 2021 Manchester Ship Canal Cruises from 21 June, which is in line with ‘Step 4’ in the government ‘Out of Lockdown’ roadmap. We remain hopeful that we will operate a number of cruises toward the end of the summer season and will continue to update as the situation evolves.
Customers with Manchester Ship Canal gift vouchers will be able to exchange the vouchers for a sailing in 2021. Vouchers do not need to be re-issued, please keep gift vouchers safe until the opportunity is available to exchange the vouchers for a future cruise. Gift vouchers are valid for use during the 2021 season and will be extended should Covid-19 related restrictions prevent use.
Our staff are currently working from home due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please allow 7 working days to receive gift vouchers by post.
Please note you will not be able to make a booking or exchange a gift voucher until tickets go on sale; sign up for our newsletter to be the first to find out when the 2021 dates go on sale.
