Eureka! Science + Discovery is located at Seacombe Ferry Terminal, Wirral, which is a short trip over the River Mersey from Liverpool City Centre. Mersey Ferries offers hourly departures from its Liverpool Gerry Marsden Ferry Terminal located at the Pier Head to Seacombe Ferry Terminal in Wirral.
A River Explorer Cruise is an ideal way to make the journey to and from Eureka! Science + Discovery. Set sail on a 50-minute Mersey Ferries River Explorer Cruise from Pier Head or Seacombe Ferry Terminal and see Liverpool and Wirral’s historic and picturesque waterfront with our ultimate sightseeing cruise.

River Cruise & Eureka! Science + Discovery Terms & Conditions
The River Cruise & Eureka! Science + Discovery includes the Eureka! Science + Discovery Ticket and Mersey Ferries’ River Explorer Cruise.
- The River Cruise & Eureka! Science + Discovery ticket is not valid with any other promotional offer.
- Online tickets purchased through www.merseyferries.co.uk for the service are valid for one occasion on a date determined by You. Online tickets purchased through www.merseyferries.co.uk are valid for twelve months from date of purchase. Tickets purchased from the ferry terminals are valid for one occasion and must be used on the date of purchase. The River Explorer Cruise and Eureka! Science + Discovery ticket includes a free annual pass to Eureka! Science + Discovery. Visitors must register for the annual pass at the Eureka! Science + Discovery venue. The annual pass is valid only for Eureka! Science + Discovery. River Explorer Cruise tickets are valid for one cruise on the first visit.

- Eureka welcomes visitors only with children under 14 as part of their booking. Eureka does not allow adult only groups into the venue. A group can be 5 adults and 1 toddler, or 1 adult one 13 year old, but there must be either a child ticket or a toddler ticket in every purchase.
