Sion (pictured) will show you how to use your breath to help you relax, and will also take you through a body scan meditation that can help you to experience a deeper sense of mental and physical relaxation.

No experience is necessary and you can take part wherever you are, so you can listen on the ferry as you commute home, in your kitchen, the garden or tucked up in bed at night to help you sleep.

The aim of the session is to help you slow down and focus on the present moment, with practice these mindfulness techniques can help you to manage difficult or stressful thoughts and emotions, which will benefit your overall mental wellbeing.
