Car
Leave the M6 at Junction 21a and take the M62 towards Liverpool. Follow the M62 to the end, keeping directly ahead for the A5080. Continue on this road until it merges into A5047, following signs to Liverpool City Centre, Albert Dock and Central Tourist Attractions. Mersey Ferries is signposted from the city centre.
Parking
Car parking is available near to the waterfront at Q-Park, Liverpool One, 35 Strand Street, L1 8LT. Check out their website for a 10% discount off standard Q-Park prices.
Coach
Drop off and collection only is available on Canada Boulevard, Pier Head, Liverpool (one minute walk from the terminal).

National Express operates daily services to Liverpool One Bus Station from various UK cities. The coach stop is only a 10 minute walk from the terminal. For tickets and more information visit National Express.

By Car
From the M56 westbound, turn right onto the M53 at Junction 11. Follow the M53 motorway to Junction 1, and then take the A5139 (Docks Link/Dock Road). At the roundabout, go straight over keeping on the A5139 (Dock Road) until you come to another roundabout and you can see the River Mersey in front of you. At this roundabout take a left onto A554 (Birkenhead Road). The terminal building is a short distance on the right hand side.
Car Parking
Mersey Ferries Direct Cross-river (Commuter) Season Ticket Holders can park for free in the Season Ticket Holders' Car Park.
If you buy a Flexi, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Annual- Direct Cross-river (Commuter) Ticket please ask one of our friendly staff members in the terminal for more information about free parking at Seacombe Ferry Terminal. The commuter car parking area is within the rear car park, and will be signposted.
Pay and Display machines are in operation at the car park located next to Seacombe Ferry Terminal. For more information visit the Eureka! Science + Discovery website.
Car parking charges are in force between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week including bank holidays.

Information
Woodside Terminal is currently closed for major refurbishment. Mersey Ferries services are operating from Gerry Marsden Terminal (Pier Head) and Seacombe Terminal (Wallasey).

Car

Woodside Ferry Terminal has a limited PayByPhone car park.
All car parking charges are facilitated by PayByPhone. You can download the app, pay online, or call 0330 400 7275.
Please note, car parking charges apply from 6am - 6pm.
