Queen Anne Afternoon Tea on a River Explorer Cruise
Set sail on a 50-minute River Explorer Cruise on Wednesday 17 June and enjoy a boxed afternoon tea including finger sandwiches, a selection of savoury bites, scones and an assortment of sweet treats all with unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks (vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available). For those who enjoy a glass of bubbly, you can upgrade your package to include a glass of prosecco on arrival.
With reserved seating on the Upper Deck, you’ll see fantastic views of Liverpool and Wirral’s historic waterfront and Cunard’s Queen Anne, as she is moored at the Cruise Terminal.
You’ll also enjoy expert commentary on board from a Blue Badge Guide and learn more about Cunard, Liverpool’s fascinating maritime history and the iconic landmarks along the banks of the River Mersey.

Ticket sales will close at 12noon on Monday 15 June 2026. The Upper Deck can only be accessed by stairs; guests with accessibility requirements will be seated downstairs on the main deck. Please note the main deck of the vessel is fully accessible and includes an accessible toilet and bar area. Afternoon Tea passengers must board at Liverpool Gerry Marsden (Pier Head) Ferry Terminal. Passengers can book a minimum of 2 tickets and a maximum of 4 tickets per transaction. Tickets purchased can only be used on the time slot booked, we are unable to transfer for another time slot.
Any alcohol must be purchased on board the ferry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to inebriated/intoxicated passengers, and no refund will be given. We strictly operate a zero drugs policy. We reserve the right to remove any person from the vessel whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. Please be aware that photography and filming may take place during this event and may be used for the purpose of promoting Mersey Ferries online, in print and on social media.
