Visitor Information & Ticket Validity
Your City Explorer Bus Tour ticket can be used on both the same day as your cruise and the following day, giving you the maximum sightseeing opportunity! The ferry ticket can only be used once, on the date you have chosen to travel or on the day you have bought it from any of our city outlets. Please check City Explorer Bus Tour for timetable information. Please note we only accept card payments at Mersey Ferry terminals.

You can make a group booking online and a discount will be applied if your group is 20 or more. The group must travel together on both the Mersey Ferry and the City Explorer Bus. If you want to travel independently from the group, please book separate tickets. You can book online for groups up to 30 people. If your group is 31 or more, please contact [email protected].
