Blue Monday Evening Cruise Facebook and Instagram competition terms and conditions

The prize is two pairs of tickets for an 2026 Eveinng Cruise of your choice (subject to availability). 

The prize draw can be entered on the Mersey Ferries Facebook page and on Mersey Ferries Instagram page by liking the post, following us, and tagging who you would bring with you in the comment section.

You must enter the competition before noon on Friday 23 January. 

The prize draw is open to all UK residents, excluding Merseytravel/Mersey Ferries/LCR Combined Authority employees, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. You must be aged 18 or over to enter this competition. Mersey Ferries may ask the winner to provide proof of age.

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

All entries received after of the above date and time will not be accepted.

Incomplete and incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted as entrance into the promotion. Mersey Ferries accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.

Mersey Ferries accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, malfunction of computer hardware or software failure, network, website or server failure of any kind.

The winner will be chosen by random on Friday 23 January.

Following the draw, the winner will be notified on by Friday 23 January The winner must reply by Monday 26 January. If the winner does not respond to Mersey Ferries by 3pm on Monday 26 January, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Mersey Ferries will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Mersey Ferries reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

The decision of Mersey Ferries regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Mersey Ferries reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Mersey Ferries reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Mersey Ferries, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Mersey Ferries, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Entrants accept and agree that Personal Data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
