You do not have to select a date or time when buying your online tickets. Your ticket(s) are valid for 12 months from date of purchase as per our T&Cs. You do not need to show your ticket(s) at the ticket desk, saving you time! Our staff at the entry gate will verify you ticket(s) on boarding. Queen Anne

Join us on board the world-famous Mersey Ferry on Monday 3 June 2024, to celebrate the debut call of Cunard’s newest ship Queen Anne. 

Our 50-minute River Explorer Cruises depart throughout the day and will include live commentary from a Blue Badge Guide and live music from a talented local artist. On these unforgettable cruises you will see incredible views of Queen Anne from the River Mersey and learn more about the ship and Liverpool’s special connection to Cunard. 

Ticketing Information on Monday 3 June

Tickets bought online for the River Explorer Cruise are open tickets and can be used on any River Explorer Cruise (subject to availability). We are expecting to be very busy and space on the vessel will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We do encourage visitors to travel earlier in the day if possible. River Explorer Cruises will operate at 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1pm 2pm and 5pm from Gerry Marsden Terminal, Pier Head and 20 past the hour from Seacombe, Wirral. Please note the 2.20pm departure from Seacombe will terminate at Pier Head at 2.50pm. If you want to complete your River Explorer Cruise, please return on the 5pm departure from Pier Head. There are no River Explorer Cruises at 3pm and 4pm.     

There will be direct cross river services operating every 20 minutes between Pier Head, Liverpool and Seacombe, Wirral from 6pm through until 7.50pm. Please click here to see the cross-river timetable.
